Christmas Baking and Desserts

For Christmas I made all the Desserts.  I made a Pumpkin Cheesecake and two pumpking Pies.  I also made Cranberry/White Chocolate Chip cookies (it was a mix a friend gave me for Christmas).  Here are some pictures of the creations.

I can't post the recipe for the Pumpkin cheesecake because it is my cousin's and I promised to keep it in the family.  The cookies were a cookie mix given to me so I don't have the recipe.  But the pumpkin pie recipe you can have.  It is on the back of the ED Smith Pumpkin can.  It was really yummy and made two pies as you can see.  :)
