Homeschool Co-op Club - Survival Skills

At one of our homeschool Co-op Clubs we had a survival training session.  The kids learned out to collect branches, dig a hole to lay in, use the branches to make a shelter and how to be safe.

Curling Playdowns January 2014

Mr. E was in the curling playdowns to see if the would make it to the 2014 Winter Games.  Here are a few pictures of the new jackets and some of the playdowns.  His position is third for the team. :)

Homeschool Curling Session

So, while here in Maple Ridge still we did a homeschool curling session.  It was ok, but my kids are far beyond what they were teaching, except Little Mr. D who has not curled before.  Mr. E was a helper because he has been to the curling provincials in Prince George.

Here are also a few pictures from our rink in 100 Mile to which we will be returning shortly.
